This partnership between BT and NATS is expected to have a positive impact on the UK’s aviation industry. By enhancing NATS’ technology infrastructure and providing advanced cyber security capabilities, the collaboration aims to support the continuous growth and efficiency of air traffic operations in the country. It will ensure the safety of flights and contribute to the overall success of the aviation sector.

The agreement also reflects BT’s expertise in delivering secure and reliable network solutions for critical national infrastructure. With their proven track record, BT will be able to successfully consolidate and modernize NATS’ critical data network, ensuring optimal performance and resilience.

Overall, this long-term contract between BT and NATS marks a significant milestone in the development of the UK’s air navigation services.
