Reporting directly to Sassine Ghazi, the president and COO of Synopsys, Minooka brings with her over 20 years of marketing leadership experience within the semiconductor industry. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading Synopsys’ global brand strategy, communications, and marketing initiatives.

Prior to Ampere, she held the position of CMO at Xilinx (acquired by AMD), where she successfully repositioned the company as a leader in adaptive computing and transformed the marketing organization into a revenue-generating engine.
Minooka’s career journey also includes leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductors (acquired by Infineon), Synaptics, and LSI Logic (acquired by Avago). With her extensive experience and track record of success in the semiconductor industry, Minooka is well-equipped to lead Synopsys’ marketing efforts and help the company maintain its position as a market leader.
Minooka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Boston University. Her educational background, combined with her years of experience in the semiconductor industry, make her a valuable asset to Synopsys as it continues to advance technology and drive innovation.
