In a major breakthrough in the ongoing battle against cybercrime, U.S. authorities have apprehended two suspected administrators of the infamous WWH-Club, an online marketplace known for facilitating the illegal trade of stolen credit card information. Pavel Kublitskii and Alexandr Khodyrev were arrested on August 6, 2024, in Florida after an extensive investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) linked them to the administration of WWH-Club.

The marketplace, often described as a hybrid of eBay and Reddit for criminals, served as a platform for buying and selling not only stolen credit card details but also other illicit goods and services, as stated in court documents. Kublitskii and Khodyrev have been charged with conspiracy to traffic in unauthorized access devices and possession of 15 or more unauthorized access devices, which are serious offenses under U.S. federal laws.
