Zyxel Networks has recently introduced SecuPilot, an innovative AI assistant feature integrated into its SecuReporter Cloud Analytics Service. This new tool utilizes advanced generative AI to provide IT professionals with valuable network insights, enhancing their ability to detect and respond to potential security threats.

In today’s digital landscape, network administrators are constantly bombarded with a vast amount of data logs and security alerts. Keeping up with this information can be a daunting task, which is where SecuPilot comes in to streamline the analysis process. By allowing users to interact with the data through natural language conversations, SecuPilot eliminates the need for manual data mining, making it easier for IT professionals to stay ahead of emerging threats.

One of the key benefits of SecuPilot is its ability to translate complex data into easily understandable insights. By logging into SecuReporter, administrators can simply ask questions about system alerts or recent network activity and receive the relevant data in text, graph, or table format. The assistant also supports various chart formats, such as trend, bar, column, pie, and grid charts, which can be downloaded or exported for further analysis.

Moreover, SecuPilot is designed to be user-friendly and inclusive, with support for over 40 languages and an intuitive understanding of question sequences and contexts. This ensures that even users with limited IT security expertise can navigate the network data efficiently, saving time and making valuable insights accessible to all.

In addition to providing actionable insights, SecuPilot also offers audit-ready reporting capabilities to help businesses meet compliance and regulatory requirements. With one-click log export providing up to one year of data, organizations can easily respond to requests from financial, cybersecurity, data protection, or law enforcement bodies. Furthermore, SecuReporter’s OpenAPI support allows seamless integration with third-party network management tools, enhancing workflow efficiency and compatibility.

According to Mr. Ken Tsai, Vice President at Zyxel Networks, SecuPilot aims to alleviate the burden on resource-constrained IT teams by offering a powerful and user-friendly tool to mitigate evolving threats. By leveraging SecuPilot, organizations can focus on protecting their businesses without being overwhelmed by the complexities of network security.

SecuPilot is now available as part of Zyxel Networks’ SecuReporter service and is included in the Entry Defense Pack and Gold Security Pack licenses for USG FLEX H series firewalls, as well as the Pro Pack license for the USG FLEX and ATP series. This new AI assistant is poised to revolutionize the way IT professionals approach network security, empowering them with the insights needed to safeguard their digital assets effectively.
