According to Mark43, a technology company specializing in public safety solutions, the survey results indicate that public safety agencies are facing various challenges such as cyberattacks, system outages, and the need for increased operational resilience and efficiency. To address these concerns, first responders are seeking advanced technology solutions that can improve security, resilience, and efficiency while driving better outcomes for the communities they serve.

One of the key findings from the survey is the overwhelming support for AI adoption among first responders. An impressive 90% of law enforcement professionals expressed their support for using AI within their agencies, marking a significant increase from previous years. Many respondents believe that AI can help them be more productive and efficient, with the potential to reduce crime rates. Trust in the responsible use of AI by law enforcement agencies has also seen a notable increase.
