Viktor Zhora, an expert in cybersecurity and digital transformation, brings his valuable insights to the Black Hat stage. As the Deputy Chairman of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine on Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization, Zhora is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity projects in Ukraine’s digital infrastructure. With a strong academic background and numerous scientific publications on information security, Zhora’s expertise is highly respected in the field.
The final keynote speaker is Kemba Walden, the Acting National Cyber Director in the Office of the National Cyber Director. Walden previously served as the inaugural Principal Deputy National Cyber Director, during which she played a crucial role in developing the National Cybersecurity Strategy and implementing Executive Order 14028. Additionally, Walden spearheaded the first-ever National Cyber Workforce and Education Strategy. Her talk will take place on Thursday, August 10, at 9:00 AM.
