These ERGs cater to various communities within the organization, such as ExaGals, Somos (for the Latinx population), Waves (for the Pan-Asian community), Pride (for the LGBTQIA+ community), a veterans ERG, and BAE (for the Black community). By providing these spaces for employees to connect and support one another, Exabeam promotes social and emotional wellness.

But what has been the impact on productivity? Driver acknowledges early concerns about these wellbeing initiatives potentially detracting from business operations. However, over time, they have realized that these initiatives are not taking away from productivity but rather growing it.

One initiative that has contributed to productivity is the learning division, which was established earlier in the year as part of the People and Culture team. This department works with leaders across the organization to create content that supports their development and helps them become better leaders. Exabeam believes that better leaders create happier employees, ultimately leading to increased productivity.

Additionally, the company conducts company-wide surveys to gather individual feedback and ensure that initiatives are tailored to specific teams. By actively seeking feedback and adjusting their approach accordingly, Exabeam demonstrates its commitment to continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.
