Doti AI Introduces Platform for Secure Enterprise Data Discovery

A new AI-powered platform called Doti AI has emerged to tackle the growing challenge of securely accessing and utilizing internal knowledge within organizations. With the data boom happening across all industries, the need for efficient enterprise search tools that can sift through vast amounts of information is more critical than ever.

One of the main concerns with using AI for enterprise search is ensuring data security. Allowing AI to access and analyze all of an organization’s data opens up the potential for unauthorized actors to manipulate the system and gain access to sensitive information. Doti AI promises to address this issue by providing a secure platform that enables employees to access relevant information without compromising data security.

The platform consolidates data from various business applications and sources, presenting a single interface for users to search and analyze information. This includes structured and unstructured data, enabling users to easily retrieve knowledge base articles, analyze codebases, and answer policy questions. By deploying Doti AI either on-premise or in the cloud, organizations can retain control over their data by setting permissions and access controls.

To prevent the leakage of unauthorized information, Doti AI has implemented direct and indirect prompt injection guardrails. These measures ensure that even if a breach occurs, the unauthorized actor will only have limited access to a subset of the data visible to the platform. This added layer of security gives organizations peace of mind when using AI for enterprise search.

Jonathan Saacks, Managing Partner at F2 Venture Capital, commended Doti AI for addressing a fundamental challenge faced by many enterprises. The platform’s ability to securely access and utilize internal knowledge sets it apart in the market. As part of its launch, Doti AI secured $7 million in seed funding from F2 Venture Capital and angel investors.

Founded in January 2024 by Matan Cohen and Opher Hofshi, both with backgrounds in enterprise software and cybersecurity, Doti AI is poised to revolutionize the way organizations search for and utilize their internal data. Drawing from their experience at Wix, where they witnessed the chaos caused by a lack of organized information, Cohen and Hofshi are determined to streamline knowledge access for large, fast-paced organizations.

In conclusion, Doti AI’s innovative approach to enterprise search offers a secure and efficient solution for organizations grappling with the challenges of accessing internal knowledge. By providing a platform that combines multiple data sources and implements stringent data security measures, Doti AI is poised to make a significant impact in the data management space.
