The Dragos network visibility and cybersecurity platform has been enhanced with new features aimed at improving threat detection and vulnerability management in operation technology environments. The updates include the introduction of a local collector and file ingestion capabilities, expanding the platform’s data collection options. This allows for better integration with Dragos WorldView intelligence and Neighborhood Keeper community intelligence, streamlining workflows for vulnerability management, threat detection, and response efforts to protect against current and emerging threats.

With the addition of new filtering capabilities, teams using the Dragos Platform can now create asset inventory views, enabling them to better understand and assess their OT environment. This enhanced visibility and data collection options empower organizations to effectively monitor and secure their operational technology infrastructure.

One key highlight of the recent updates is Dragos’ swift response to FrostyGoop, the ninth ICS malware discovered by the company in April. Leveraging the expertise of Dragos Threat Intelligence experts, new detection analytics and response playbooks were developed and promptly pushed to Platform users through a Knowledge Pack update. Organizations that have opted into the Neighborhood Keeper community can automatically receive these updates within their Platform instances, ensuring immediate coverage and protection against the latest threats.

By continuously refining and updating its platform, Dragos demonstrates its commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions for industrial control system cybersecurity. The ability to quickly adapt to new threats and provide users with effective tools and intelligence sets Dragos apart as a leader in the field of OT cybersecurity.

Overall, the latest enhancements to the Dragos platform represent a significant step forward in improving the cybersecurity posture of organizations operating in operation technology environments. With streamlined workflows, enhanced data collection options, and rapid response capabilities, the Dragos platform continues to be a valuable asset for defending against cyber threats in the complex and ever-evolving landscape of industrial control systems.
