This transformation will expedite the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies in customer service and operations, while also providing Proximus engineers with a superior development environment for creating innovative products and experiences.

3. Enhanced Go-to-Market for Proximus: Microsoft will collaborate closely with Proximus to optimize its go-to-market strategy, empowering Proximus to enhance its role as a top-tier Microsoft reseller in Belgium. This partnership will benefit all Proximus customers who use Microsoft products and services, enabling Proximus to offer innovative sovereign cloud solutions to the market.
