Moreover, Lefort offered insights into the implications of cash as a competitive advantage in an era when artificial intelligence is rapidly eroding product differentiation. Traditional barriers that kept customers loyal to a brand are weakening as AI-driven solutions lower switching costs, rendering cash less of a “moat” than it once was.
