IP Fabric, the market leader in automated network assurance, has successfully closed a $25 million Series B funding round. The funding was led by One Peak, with participation from Senovo and Presto Ventures. This investment will support IP Fabric’s mission to make network assurance ubiquitous, ensuring that people, businesses, and governments can operate without the risk of network failures or outages.

IP Fabric is a pioneer in network assurance, offering solutions that help organizations overcome network complexity, automate network processes, and enhance network security. The importance of network assurance has grown significantly as private network infrastructure, which is larger than the Internet itself, serves as the backbone of the modern economy. From airports and factories to public utilities and financial systems, this infrastructure forms the foundation of almost every aspect of modern life.

However, the increasing complexity of networks has made it difficult for humans to understand and manage them effectively. This complexity also poses risks to network automation, as organizations need assurance that automation has the intended effect without negatively impacting the rest of the network. Moreover, the rising complexity creates blind spots that make it challenging for organizations to identify and eliminate network vulnerabilities, giving attackers opportunities to exploit these weaknesses. This convergence of challenges puts network resilience at risk.

Pavel Bykov, CEO of IP Fabric, emphasizes the importance of network assurance, stating, “Without network assurance, we are leaving network resilience to chance.” He further highlights the potential consequences of network outages, which can bring businesses and critical infrastructure to a standstill. Organizations need the assurance that their entire network is operational and secure, especially in the face of rising cyber threats and regulatory compliance requirements. By providing network assurance, IP Fabric enables organizations to operate without the exponential risk of network failures or outages and facilitates innovation through standardized access to network control data.

IP Fabric differentiates itself through its API-first platform. The platform excels in rapidly discovering, modeling, and visualizing complex networks, providing end-to-end visibility and control over an organization’s entire network infrastructure. The company has received recognition for its innovative solutions, being named a Gartner Cool Vendor in Network Automation and ranking 8th in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 with a CAGR of 160% over the past four years. IP Fabric currently serves over a hundred enterprise customers globally, including renowned companies like Airbus, Air France, Major League Baseball, Red Hat, HCL Technologies, Avast, and Blackberry.

Humbert de Liedekerke, Co-founder and Managing Partner of One Peak, underscores the importance of understanding and visualizing large networks, particularly as Gartner reports that only 26% of network leaders maintain accurate network data. This lack of accurate data severely hampers the effectiveness of automation initiatives for 74% of enterprises. Automation must be assured, secure, and capable of operating effectively in complex network environments. To avoid exposing vulnerabilities or causing outages, enterprises cannot afford to automate blindly. IP Fabric plays a critical role in helping enterprises understand, automate, and secure complex networks, thus enabling the future of network automation.

IP Fabric has previously received seed and Series A investments from Senovo, Presto Ventures, and Credo Ventures. The current Series B funding round, led by One Peak, along with the participation of Senovo and Presto Ventures, will further bolster IP Fabric’s capabilities in network assurance.

IP Fabric’s CEO, Pavel Bykov, comments, “Building operational control without a validated baseline provided by network assurance will lead to gaps and unknown unknowns which ultimately cause outages and security incidents that impact people, businesses, critical infrastructure, and governments.” With continued investment and innovation, IP Fabric aims to ensure that network assurance becomes a standard practice, mitigating the risks associated with network failures and outages and enabling seamless network operations for organizations worldwide.

In addition to IP Fabric, One Peak has made investments in other technology companies in the scale-up phase, such as Ardoq, Cymulate, Deepki, DocPlanner, Keepit, Lucca, Neo4j, Orgvue, Pandadoc, Spryker, and more.

Senovo, an early-stage venture capital firm, focuses on partnering with exceptional founders in building global B2B SaaS category leaders from Europe. Senovo primarily supports teams working in the areas of process optimization, industry 4.0, and data-enabled solutions. They join the journey with companies after they have achieved their first revenues in a late Seed or Series A round.

Presto Ventures, a Prague-based investment firm, specializes in early-stage B2B software startups and online marketplaces led by founders from Central and Eastern Europe. With a portfolio of over 50 companies, Presto Ventures acts as a vital link connecting the burgeoning CEE tech ecosystem with major Western markets.

IP Fabric’s successful Series B funding round positions the company strongly to further revolutionize network assurance and drive the future of network automation, ensuring that organizations can operate without the risk of network failures or outages.
