Kroll, a leading global provider of risk solutions, has recently expanded its document review capabilities by integrating DataminerAI into its services. This new technology is designed to quickly identify the location of sensitive data, thereby enhancing the efficiency and affordability of data mining processes.

In collaboration with eDiscovery services provider, Dauntless Discovery, Kroll has developed DataminerAI to harness the power of large language models (LLM) for the rapid analysis of data sets of any size. By utilizing advanced AI algorithms, DataminerAI can efficiently sort and categorize sensitive data for immediate analysis, extraction, and review.

One of the key features of DataminerAI is its ability to handle both structured and unstructured data, which helps to improve the overall accuracy and efficiency of the document review process. The technology is also equipped with customized workflows based on its analytical findings, which ultimately reduces the need for manual review and saves time and resources typically associated with data mining tasks.

According to Benedetto Demonte, Chief Operating Officer of Kroll’s Cyber Risk Business, the integration of DataminerAI into the company’s operations is a strategic move to enhance their incident response capabilities. With Kroll’s extensive experience in handling cyber incidents worldwide, the goal is to collaborate closely with external legal counsel to assess the regulatory exposure of each breach and implement tailored workflows using DataminerAI.

Demonte further highlighted that DataminerAI, combined with Kroll’s dedicated data mining and technology teams, a contingent workforce of up to 2,000 contract attorneys, and a 24/7 support model, provides customers with a scalable solution to accurately assess risks and streamline the review process, ultimately avoiding unforeseen costs.

Jonathan Hanks, Chief Operating Officer at Dauntless Discovery, emphasized the benefits of utilizing DataminerAI in enhancing their service delivery to clients. By leveraging the technology, Dauntless Discovery aims to expedite reporting processes, offer clients a more predictable pricing model, and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Overall, the integration of DataminerAI into Kroll’s document review capabilities signifies a step towards more efficient and cost-effective data mining solutions. By harnessing the power of AI technology, Kroll and its partners are poised to deliver customized and streamlined document review services to insurance carriers, law firms, and incident response providers.
