Logicalis, a global technology service provider, has recently launched Intelligent Security, a proactive approach to its security portfolio aimed at providing advanced security solutions for customers worldwide. This initiative was developed by Logicalis’ team of security specialists to offer comprehensive observability and protection by tracking and analyzing cyber threats and implementing the latest prevention methods across its customer base.

A recent survey conducted by Logicalis found that 83% of Chief Information Officers (CIOs) globally had experienced cyber-attacks in the last 12 months, yet only 43% feel adequately prepared for another breach. In response to these findings, Intelligent Security was introduced to help CIOs manage these challenges effectively. Leveraging its security capabilities and partnerships with key global partners such as Cisco and Microsoft, Logicalis aims to provide the highest levels of security accreditations and support to its customers.

Toby Alock, Chief Technology Officer at Logicalis, emphasized the importance of taking a holistic approach to security in today’s cybersecurity landscape. Acknowledging that cybersecurity cannot be addressed in silos, Alock highlighted the need for organizations to consider the entire security footprint, from secure connectivity to securing the cloud and hybrid workforce.

The Intelligent Security global portfolio offers a comprehensive range of services to customers, including advisory services, secure workplace solutions, secure connectivity, secure hybrid cloud, and secure operations. By providing proactive threat detection and incident response round the clock, Logicalis aims to ensure that its customers receive the highest level of security and protection for their digital infrastructure.

In addition to the launch of Intelligent Security, Logicalis announced several key investments in cyber skills and capabilities to enhance its position as a global leader in security services. This includes expanding its Managed Security team in Portugal, partnering with Cisco to develop a Cyber Academy, and collaborating with local universities in Portugal to develop a cybersecurity Intern program.

Furthermore, Logicalis has achieved Microsoft-verified Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) Partner Status, launched Cisco Powered Intelligent Connectivity based on zero-trust security, and is working closely with Cisco to enhance its security capabilities globally.

Intelligent Security will be supported by Logicalis’ Digital Fabric Platform, providing CIOs with valuable insights and recommendations to optimize the performance of their digital ecosystem. As security threats continue to evolve, Logicalis aims to address the growing demand for Managed Security services by offering a proactive and holistic approach to cybersecurity.

In conclusion, Logicalis is committed to helping organizations navigate the complex cybersecurity landscape by providing AI-ready Managed Security services with governance and SOC protection. With a focus on partnership, innovation, and talent development, Logicalis aims to deliver sustainable security outcomes for its customers in an era marked by increased cybersecurity threats and challenges.
