Microsoft cautions about bug that reverts updates on older Windows 10 versions, releases patches for critical vulnerabilities

In the latest Patch Tuesday, Microsoft made a significant move by patching a total of 79 bugs across various platforms, including critical ones in SQL Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint, Azure Web Apps, Azure Stack, and Dynamics Business Central. According to Microsoft, support for Windows 11 versions 21H2 and 22H2 will end on October 8th, 2024. To continue receiving both security and non-security updates after October 8, 2024, users are advised to update to the latest version of Windows.
