Despite not intending to work in cybersecurity initially, Benn stumbled into the field and found her calling. Battling imposter syndrome and the feeling of not belonging, Benn persevered and took the leap into cybersecurity, which changed everything for her.

Dedicated to supporting women and increasing diversity in the tech/cyber industry, Benn actively participates in leadership boards and advisory groups to shape the industry’s future. She co-founded Women in Tech Global and mentors young women to help them transition into cybersecurity roles and overcome self-doubt. Benn also works on modernizing cybersecurity education to inspire the next generation of diverse talent.
