His impressive career includes building and growing cybersecurity companies, leading major cybersecurity programs within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and driving innovation as a cybersecurity leader for global organizations and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs).
During his tenure in the U.S. DoD, Travis has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to defending the DoD’s networks, receiving the Annual Individual Award for his efforts. His expertise has also played a key role in the success of companies such as FireEye, which had a successful IPO, and BluVector, which was acquired by Comcast.
Currently serving as the Public Sector Chief Technology Officer at Rubrik, Travis is dedicated to helping organizations enhance their cyber and data resilience. Prior to joining Rubrik, he held leadership positions at various companies, including Chief Technology and Strategy Officer at BluVector, CTO at Tychon, Federal CTO at FireEye, Principal at Intel Security/McAfee, and Leader at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
