Silobreaker has recently launched a new feature called Tickets, which is a workflow management tool specifically designed to improve the efficiency, collaboration, and impact of intelligence teams. With native support for Threat Intelligence teams, Tickets offers robust capabilities to manage and fulfill intelligence requirements across various domains such as cyber, geopolitical, and physical security. These capabilities are further enhanced by AI-driven insights.

One of the key features of Tickets is its ability to empower teams of all sizes to prioritize and manage both incoming Requests for Information (RFI) and outbound incidents. These requests and incidents are sourced from Silobreaker’s extensive coverage of open sources, the deep and dark web, and finished intelligence reports. Additionally, Tickets allows for easy collaboration and communication within the team, enabling users to create custom tags to align their work with Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and stakeholder needs. This ensures seamless dissemination of intelligence products to stakeholders, integrating smoothly into existing enterprise processes.

Utilizing Silobreaker’s advanced analytics engine, Tickets can quickly extract entities from incoming RFIs, allowing analysts to pivot directly to relevant search results based on the content of the request. This feature reduces the time spent contextualizing incoming requests and speeds up the process of providing actionable insights. Furthermore, Tickets connects to Silobreaker’s proprietary Context and Summarise AI features, offering real-time overviews of intelligence on various entities and facilitating investigations, as well as enabling users to extract intelligence and draft assessments for review.

Kristofer Mansson, CEO of Silobreaker, emphasized that Tickets is designed to support every stage of the intelligence cycle, from requirements management to intelligence production and dissemination. By tying together workflows across these steps, Tickets enables teams to work more efficiently and improve communication and feedback with stakeholders. By linking intelligence production with PIRs and stakeholders, Tickets enables teams to gather data that informs Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODM) on team performance, PIR alignment, response times, and the impact of threat intelligence on security outcomes.

Tickets is now available to all Silobreaker users, providing a comprehensive solution for managing intelligence workflows and enhancing team collaboration and efficiency. This new feature represents a significant step forward in empowering intelligence teams to streamline their processes and deliver impactful insights to stakeholders.
