Logicalis, the global technology service provider delivering next-generation digital managed services, has introduced a new initiative called Intelligent Security. This program has been developed by Logicalis’ team of security experts to offer proactive advanced security solutions to customers worldwide. Intelligent Security aims to provide customers with comprehensive observability and protection by tracking and analyzing cyber threats, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest prevention methods used across its customer base.

According to Logicalis’ tenth annual CIO report, which surveyed 1,000 CIOs globally, 83% of CIOs experienced cyber-attacks in the last 12 months, but only 43% feel adequately prepared for another breach. In response to these challenges, Logicalis has launched Intelligent Security to support CIOs in managing the growing threats in the cybersecurity landscape. The program will leverage Logicalis’ security capabilities and partnerships with leading global companies, such as Cisco and Microsoft, where it holds top security accreditations.

Toby Alock, Logicalis’ Chief Technology Officer, emphasized the importance of taking a holistic approach to security, stating, “Organizations must look across the entire security footprint, from secure connectivity to securing the cloud, protecting the hybrid workforce, and implementing secure operations throughout the organization.”

The Intelligent Security global portfolio offers a comprehensive proposition for customers, including advisory services to help tailor solutions to their specific security needs, securing workplace communications and devices, enforcing zero trust security for secure connectivity, safeguarding cloud environments, and providing proactive threat detection and incident response through secure operations.

In addition to launching the Intelligent Security program, Logicalis is making significant investments in cyber skills and capabilities to strengthen its position as a global leader in security services. This includes expanding its Managed Security team in Portugal, partnering with Cisco to develop a Cyber Academy, collaborating with local universities to develop cybersecurity talent, and achieving Microsoft-verified Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) Partner Status.

Through partnerships with industry leaders like Cisco, Logicalis is enhancing its security capabilities to offer customers AI-ready Managed Security with governance and SOC Protection. The company’s commitment to providing customers with a proactive and holistic security approach has led to a surge in demand for Managed Security services globally.

Logicalis’ Digital Fabric Platform will underpin the Intelligent Security program, providing CIOs with advanced insights and recommendations to optimize their digital ecosystem’s performance. As security threats continue to evolve, Logicalis remains dedicated to helping CIOs and IT leaders navigate these challenges by offering customized security solutions tailored to their specific needs.

In conclusion, Toby Alock reiterated the importance of adapting to the changing cybersecurity landscape and the need for organizations to have the necessary skills to operate safely in an AI-driven era. Logicalis’ focus on simplifying its security portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and investing in cybersecurity talent demonstrates its commitment to delivering cutting-edge security solutions to customers worldwide.
